Let’s talk about stretching!

Stretching is one of the most important and beneficial things you can do to take care of yourself at home. Mobility health is often overlooked, especially at this time of year. With school coming to a close and schedules getting busier, people often forget to take care of themselves and put time aside for their overall wellness. Prioritizing stretching daily is a great first step to creating healthy habits at home!

All throughout the month of April, we will be posting stretching videos to our Instagram to help you help yourself!

Week 1: Neck

It is very common for people to hold their everyday stress in their neck/shoulder area. We will show you a series of stretches you can do by yourself or with someone else to best relieve this tension and live your life headache free!

Week 2: Midback & Shoulders

Stuck at a desk all day and need to fix your posture? These stretches will help you loosen up your shoulders and mid back to help care for your spine until you can get adjusted!

Week 3: Low back & Hips

Low back and hip pain is no joke, so anything you can do to relive the tension from those areas will definitely be beneficial. Elongating your quad while stretching will help target the area!

Week 4: Knee

Trust us, we know how uncomfortable knee pain can be. Stretching will help loosen up your knee and the areas around it so that you are able to go about your daily life without having to deal with the discomfort.


We will give you both personal and assisted versions of these stretches to best fit your needs.
