Mother’s Day is in Full Bloom!

With Mother’s Day being right around the corner, May is all about motherly self-care!

Too often, mothers forget to take care of themselves because of their busy schedules. All throughout the month of May, we are going to share different tips and stretches you can do at home to make your daily tasks better for your body!

Part of keeping our spine healthy includes rotation! Try this exercise to maintain and progress your range of motion to promote a healthy and strong core.

Before attempting this exercise, be sure your back is flat with your legs at a 90 degree angle. You want to feel as if your back is being pressed up against a wall.

Keep your upper back and shoulders strong with this exercise. All you need is a resistance band and you are good to go!

Before beginning this exercise, be sure to keep your shoulders back and down while engaging your core.

Strengthen your core and arms with this exercise. Be sure to press your your shoulders away from your ears and engage your abs to maintain control.
